long flight

my mom is finally here after so loooooooooooooong...of a wait. thank goodness... she got here this weekend. not so good things happened thou. she had a long wait from her port of entry, there was a delay in immigration, then missed her flight because of a short lay-over time which is kinda expected. she re-book for the next flight which is like 8 hours wait. then when she got here, one of her luggage was missing. she saw then both at the customs. we are not worried 'bout the other contents but my poor mom had all her beautiful jewelry in her luggage which of course is not covered by airlines insurance. her luggage had no lock, no name or address outside and inside (don't know why, but she travelled so many times in other countries) and airline cannot track the damn luggage. she is so depress at this point and my dad don't know it yet. well, as what my husband says..."lahat ng bagay na nawala, may kapalit'. i'm just hoping that they could still track that luggage.
