good news

i think our housing loan went through. the contractor called us and notified that the appraiser came, then we have a date for the walk-through and closing. so i guess everything went well. but nothing's for sure yet until we sign. if we close by 31'st then we'll get some freebies like money for fridge and blinds, they'll also sod the backyard... so i won't have to worry about that.
i'm keeping most of our stuff except our living room set. bigger house needs bigger stuff so we'll need extra dinning set and living room set. the game room upstairs i'm planning on buying a futon or sofa bed for visitors. i'm excited and i need extra cash to pay for all the stuff in need to purchase. going back to work this week. i'm gonna miss just sitting around the house and staying up late. mama's gonna help me with the baby for the mean time.
i'm gonna be moving some small stuff on my days off until we move out of here on the 9th. i'm looking at a very busy month...so long!
