finally got my video cam. i think i'm already ready for the big day. my appointment last thursday (i'm on weekly now!), i'm already dilated 3-4 cm but the baby's head still way up high. i was advised to walk if i want it out sooner. but i think i'm quiting work this week, depends on how i feel. i don't wanna be at work when i start my labor pains, it's too far from the hospital. might not be able to drive back on my own. hmmm! decision....decision... i really don't have to work but i like to.
my mom's interview will be this coming week for her visa in manila. i hope everything will go well so at least she will be here by february. i need a lot of stuff from manila like likas papaya soap (pam-pa-puti...hehe! wala nang pag-asa!) and i like to have some johnson's press powder. i'm craving for some good pastries...like the brazo de mercedes and mocca roll from goldilocks. yum! i need some new opm cd's and filipino movies. i'll think of some more...

had my OBGYN appointment yesterday and to my surprise, i weighed 28 lbs more my usual weigh. that's gonna be hard to loose once i give birth.
my baby shower was last saturday. and i was shocked with all the people that came. i got so much gift, more than what i expected. all that's missing are the stroller and car seat but i got a $100 gift certificate for babies r'us, $25 for target, and $500 check. more than enough to buy what's missing.
baby's moving a lot inside and sometimes it gets painful. it's all worth-it.
i'm so in-love already even if i haven't met the little guy, or my mini-me. i've already packed my stuff for the hospital. i still don't have a video cam, haven't decided what to buy.
still working as well, but shorter hours. they let me ...i'm glad!

wow! have'nt updated since last year. been so busy with so much stuff.
holiday went by fast and i sure had so much fun. all the complaining of back breaking, feelin' sick and all that suffering all was worth-it. i had so much fun and so happy that my aunt was able to spend christmas with us.
at this time, im on my 8th month of pregnancy. i'm getting more anxious and excited and ... i don't know! just mixed feeling thinking of the day is getting closer and closer.
some says that on the last few weeks of pregnancy, mom's go through the 'nesting' phase, where we clean everything in sight. i think it's true and a blessing in disguise since i will not have enough time to do stuff and i'll be needing help with chores and the baby.
i have gained 23 lbs. now and i am hoping that everything will be alright not just with me but the baby.
